Vapor Flare Systems:                  

Flare King® specializes in smokeless flare systems designed to handle tank vapor and production site needs. Our patented components permit our flare systems to operate efficiently on pressures as low as 4 oz. from tanks, or with gas streams directly from satellite tank batteries and treatment facilities.  Flare King® ignition systems require very small amounts of fuel gas to operate.  Our systems retract to ground level for inspection and service, and can operate on either 110 volts A.C. or on solar power with battery backup.  Flare stacks are equipped with liquid knock-outs, sight glass ports, drains and high fluid level shut down capability.

Plant Re-Tips & Retrofitting:

Flare King® is an industry leader in the burning of CO2, H2S and other hostile gases.  Our leading edge tip designs are suitable for re-tipping existing systems that may be outdated or are no longer sized to handle current volumes.  Our patented jet principle pilots consume far less fuel gas for pilot combustion than competitive units.  We specialize in both plant re-tips and complete systems designed to meet our customer's specifications.  Flare King® systems are designed under a continual product improvement program to meet constantly changing conditions.  Our flares meet all state and federal regulations.
